Mad City Hockey League

We are a Coed Hockey League for adult beginner to intermediate/semi-competitive players! Our goal is to provide a comfortable NON-Contact environment for people who wish to play the sport of hockey.  We have beginner skaters and advanced skaters. We ask higher level players, to play other skaters at their ability.  No Stick checking of lower skaters, etc.

Winter Season will start September 15, 2024 -  April 2025  

All games played at McFarland ice arena

Games are Sundays @ 7:15pm and 8:30pm

Five teams *(10-11 players)

Max 13 players per bench with subs

Free subbing for full time players. (this allows you to play 2 games each week, no Subbing on Bye weeks)

Players register as individuals and are "drafted" to a team.  

We limit new skaters to 10-12 players per season depending on space.  There may be a pre-skate for new skaters to determine skill ranking for the Draft.  If you are not drafted to a team, we will refund your skater fees.  You will be notified by September 9, 2024 of your team status.
