Mad City Hockey League

OUR LEAGUE IS MOVING TO HARTMEYER ICE ARENA STARTING ON 9/28/2025.

REGISTER NOW FOR WINTER 

We are a Coed Hockey League for adult lower level to intermediate/semi-competitive players! Our goal is to provide a comfortable NON-Contact environment for people who wish to play the sport of hockey.  We have beginner skaters (D,C) and advanced skaters (B or low A). We ask higher level players, to play other skaters at their ability.  No Stick checking of lower skaters, etc.   

Skaters should be over 30  to play in this League. 

NO NEW- High Level Skaters Accepted at this time. (HS Varsity or above).  

If you are a  brand new skater, and beginner to hockey, we recommend you join the Sun Prairie Core Skills Clinic first.

WINTER Season will start September  28, 2025 -  April 15, 2026  (20/Games + playoffs)

All games played at HARTMEYER ICE ARENA

Games are Sundays @ 6:45pm and 8:00pm

Five teams *(10-11 players)

Max 13 players per bench with subs

Free subbing for full time players. (this allows you to play 2 games each week, no Subbing on Bye weeks)

ALL players register as individuals and are "drafted" to a team.  The schedulers balance teams out with Subs to try to get a "competitive" hockey game.

We limit new skaters to 10-12 players per season depending on space.
